Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many cremation urns we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Shipping Times

Please keep in mind that most of our urns are made to order, which means an average of 5 - 7 business days after production, and sometimes longer for personalized products. However, there are often times in which our production team gets ahead and have urns in stock and ready to ship, and there are many more urns that can be quickly produced if needed, so please call if you want a particular urn shipped quickly. 

We offer the following options for shipment delivery: 

 

Ground Shipping - Normally takes about 5 business days to ship anywhere within Canada or United States. 

 

3 Day Select UPS - Guarantees delivery by the third business day after the item is shipped. For instance, if your order is shipped out on a Monday, you are guaranteed to have it by Thursday. A great combination of economy and timely delivery.
